Founded in 2002 by Ellen Blair, in an attempt to match resources from advertisers with families in need. The result was Kids' Pages Cares. It leverages resources from businesses and local companies, trading advertising from ''Kids Pages Family Magazine'', and using grant money to supplement the resources obtained from businesses and the community. They are Colorado's premier family-targeted website with the aim of addressing the needs of families with children aged newborn through high school. The website offers a well-informed, local and relevant perspective on issues affecting families.
